Somehow, most people think that the attorney will do the investigative part of your case. This is a misconception
of what an attorney is or what they really do. It
is very simple; an attorney is your mouthpiece in court. They sort through the legal aspects of your case and represent you
to the best of their ability. An attorney rarely locates or interviews witnesses, takes pictures, or goes to the crime scene. An
attorney will basically only work with what he has to defend you, not get additional materials. We believe in balance. This consists of a good defense and a good offense. You cannot
win your case by playing defense alone. We are investigators. It is our job to locate witnesses, interview, go to the crime
scene, and analyze material facts with respect to your case. Attorneys only litigate cases. Investigators discover, analyze, compile, collate, and process discoverable facts
methodically so that any capable attorney can defend their client. Every successful attorney is where they are because they
have a good investigative staff. We investigate
your case and put together a report consisting of materials that you will need for a progressive defense.
